Does the job. My mat fits in there easily, and the strap makes it comfortable to carry. There is a mesh pouch in there just large enough to store keys, id, etc..

I ordered 2 of these mats for Christmas gifts. After Christmas I was notified by e-mail that they couldn't be delivered. I did get a refund but what a disappointment for all.

Good combination of comfort and portability. My son loves it, and not just for his dance class -- he rolls it out on the floor for Wii Fit, and for watching television.

I purchased the larger Yoga bag and posted on this forum because people complained it was too "tight" for their 1/4 inch mat. Well if you read the description it said it will be a "tight fit"; if you want something with a little more room; get the larger mat which is what I did and I'm very pleased.

The bag has been handy for carrying to Yoga class. It is quite easy to put my bag into the case.
